The best darn Strawberry Shortcake you have ever tried, we slaved long and hard over the stove to come up with this one. Firstly we have added New Zealand Rhubarb to the mix bringing along a unique sweet taste we all love, then we went about making this soft, moist and delicious, not hard with such good ingredients. Then we thought, why not.... And made a Home Made Strawberry and Rhubarb Compote to top off her off and then crowned her with freshly toasted coconut... A real crowd pleaser.
